EXQUISITE

Privacy

Last updated September 17, 2026.

This is the privacy policy for playexquisite.com, run by Exquisite (“we”). It explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we only collect what you give us, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Mailing list. If you join the list we store your email address, your name if you gave it, whether you said you're a player or an artist, and when you signed up.

Contact form. Your name, email, and message.

Art submissions. Everything on the submission form: legal name, email, the name you want on your card, country, and any optional details you choose to add (city, age, gender, social links, notes), plus the files you upload. We also record the time you accepted the Terms and Conditions and the IP address it came from, so there's a record of the agreement.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use it

To send you news about the game if you asked for it, to reply to you, to review artwork for the game, to credit artists on the site and on cards, and to keep records of artist agreements.

Where it lives

Submissions, messages, and mailing-list signups are stored in a private Dropbox folder that only Exquisite can access. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. We may use an email service to send list emails; if so, your email address is shared with that service only to deliver mail.

We don't sell it

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with services we need to run the site (hosting, storage, email), or if the law requires it.

Artists

If your art is printed, we'll show the name you asked for and the links you chose to share on the Artists page. Your legal name, email, and location are never shown publicly.

Your choices

Every list email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, contact us and we'll take care of it. Deleting a submission record won't undo rights already granted under the Terms for art that's been printed.

Age

The site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us something, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Questions: contact us.
